On Completion of Milestone

All tickets in this milestone were successfully completed early. However should note that:

• There is quite a bit of work on cosmetics the web interface (for example attribute names should be 'normalized' to proper English)
• There are some major bugs (such as the inability to create user accounts)
• There is still work remaining from 2 iterations ago on fully implementing Packages as specified. In particular:
  • Some attributes of packages such as comments and tags are still not fully functional though ticket:10 (from milestone:15) was 'closed'
  • Access control is only partially implemented (no package owner role etc)

These last items should probably be turned into new tickets and assigned to the next milestone.
