server error when clicking on deleted app link

Description

  1. go to ​http://s031.okserver.org:2375/user/okfn
  2. Click on activity stream
  3. Click on 'Deletion test' related item that's linked to in entries 1 & 2
  4. Server error

fixed now gives 404

The issue of not wanting a 404 is outside the scope of this ticket as it's a whole activity stream issue and needs dev buy in etc
