We get exceptions on these occasions:

• user/edit if not logged in
• user/edit/bob if bob is not a known user

These are a problem only on 1.4.3b.

I'm not sure why some timestamps are missing microseconds in the ckan.net data, but plenty seem to. This causes this exception when viewing the package rss feed:
