Functions like convert_to_extras and convert_from_extras will be widely used from extensions and should be on ckan core.

On same cases this exception is thrown when logging in:

Instead of this:

we should return this:

extras: {
type: "Primary source",
license_id: "localauth-withrights",
publisher_frequency: "2Preño € $ àdrià",
}
