#700: Groups in package form

Editing groups in forms doesn't work for me, with latest code from this morning:

Clean db
paster create-test-data
paster sysadmin create http://davidread.myopenid.com/
paster serve development.ini
In browser, log in to CKAN
Create new package: name=abc group=Roger's books
[Preview] - yes group appears
[Save] - shows package and group hasn't appeared ERROR
Check http://127.0.0.1:5000/api/rest/package/abc and reedit package it also doesn't appear here either.

This seems to require doing something else with such a group's 'delete' button, such as showing it greyed, or perhaps not showing it at all.
