CKAN: Ticket #1432: [super] Data processing system for CKAN and Webstore

Super ticket: #1190

A data processing system which utilizes the Webstore. One could
get a long way with simple javascript running in the browser for development with this javascript then run offline using something like nodejs. Alternatively one could allow one to specify a url to e.g. a python file which would then be run in a sandbox (with access to some specified set of python modules)

PhantomJS ( http://www.phantomjs.org/ ) looks like the perfect way to run a JS scraper offline but still within the context of a browser.

Would need to consider how the script would be executed over multi-page datasets, but I'm fairly sure it would be possible to come up with a workable solution.
