     1Some recent changes caused things to break in ckanext-ecportal:

     3 * change from blueprint to bootstrap 
     4 * other style / css changes (eg: tables, resource view notes field ID, etc. Forms are also broken, but that will be addressed in #2262) 
     5 * change to going through db_to_form_schema on package_show
