2333	Introduce new resource type datastore	rgrp		"This is a resource that is *just* in the datastore. At the moment there are hacky ways to do this (create resource with meaningless URL etc) but we should do this properly:

 * New Option: DataStore Table in add a resource form
 * URL field is disabled (or points at /api/data or something rather pointless)
 * Download button is disabled
   * Better would be to find a way to serialize an ES table or stream it ...
