However, these are an extract of the packed “resource” column and I’m not sure whether they’re needed. Also, they irritatingly don’t appear in order in the CSV serialisation. Fields in package are now dumped in correct order to make it clearer. Not changed resource serialisation - if you want tidy json, then use the json dump.
