Description

Can we add the related dashboard (​http://trac.ckan.org/ticket/2347) to demo - central place to show off all the related stuff added.

You can view this at ​http://test.ckan.org/apps to get an idea of how simple the form is. Have also moved the templates out of the package folder into their own now.
