  • Generic text box for markdown about the user 'About'

Model's user table reflects these:

  • 'about' attribute
  • 'created' attribute is a default=datetime.now() - so when user was created

Need edit page for this.

Only user should be able to edit it.

Follows on from ticket:136 and ticket:142
