How we intergrate with Drupal Multiligual?

Description

  • Analysis of how/where we can integrate with Drupal Multilingual
  • Is it likely to access CKAN via /en/data/... or /data/en/... (not sure, probably former) and we need to make sure that it ends up at /en/...
  • Check with Ian for other issues.
