Apparently auto-complete in Organizations may not work. Check and fix.

Doesn't make sense in Organizations mode. Adding existing dataset would mean that dataset would have to already be in another organization.

Leaving this open though to fix in case we decide that datasets *can* be in more than one organization at a time.
