Description
- tidy up activity feed on home page or replace with search results (by modified date)
- move ckan menu to a left sidebar (see Sam's template)
- update templates with changes from master
- update group page: decide whether to show 'publisher' or 'organization', hide sidebars
- use local image in language dropdown (ecportal.js)
