[x] Make sure it is available at datahub.io/sparql or semantic.datahub.io/sparql

[x] Generate daily dumps

[x] Make dumps available via web

Created symlink from /var/www/nginx-default/dump to the rdf output folder, accessible via ​http://s055.okserver.org/dump/ with daily dump available at ​http://s055.okserver.org/dump/rdfexport.tgz
