[x] Redeploy Sparql endpoint

Done at linkeddata.openlinksw.com/sparql

[ ] Make sure it is available at datahub.io/sparql or semantic.datahub.io/sparql

[ ] Generate daily dumps

[ ] Put dumps at dumps.datahub.io

[ ] Announce to LD guys

[ ] Think about how we can apply this to publicdata.eu (can we do the same?) ...
