We've moved to AWS hosting with docs generated by Jenkins instead, see:

http://trac.okfn.org/ticket/1254

There are still two issues to resolve:

  1. Automatically updating the symlink so that docs.ckan.org always redirects to the latest stable version
  1. Finding somewhere to put links to all the other versions
