Our CSW code should be able to cope with ArcGIS too though surely? Worth testing though.

To do this we'd need to:

  • Obtain example ArcGIS CSW server
  • Write a test

Now we can close #768 and #769.

I haven't heard this mentioned yet, but yes, let's try to implement it if possible. Appears to expose a CSW interface? ​http://webhelp.esri.com/geoportal_extension/9.3.1/index.htm#ext_csw_clnts.htm
