Description
- (CKAN) Search and browse, no editing. Lock down any updating.
- Req: User from an agency comes and registers. Then a system manager grants them relevant permissions. Relevant permissions? Keep it simple.
- In fact: could live with a single user for alpha.
- wiki-catalogue mode
- normal-catalogue mode - package registration is off by default etc
- Commands module ..
- call them from cli from the wui ...
